Auburn traditionally has always offered lean in the fall and then six sigma in the spring. This would allow students to finished the prerequisites and take lean before taking six sigma. Auburn now has a new six sigma professor who now only teaches the class in the fall. This caused a lot of students graduating in May 2020 to not be able to qualify to get their green belt. There was no advanced heads up and communication issues about classes required to take six sigma. We would like to ask that the six sigma class be taught one more time in the spring since our graduating class did not receive a heads up about the changes.
