Massachusetts needs to change the current ATV laws for kids. Currently if you are under the age of 14 you cannot ride a four wheeler, even if you are under supervision and on private property.

Kids need to learn safety and start gaining experience sooner rather than later. Changing the current laws to allow kids under the age of 10 to ride smaller four wheelers under supervision is necessary. Too much restriction isn’t helping anyone.
