Why this petition matters

We The People of the Continental United States, do hereby demand that Attorney General William Barr represent our interests as the duly appointed fiduciary, and protector of the Federal Constitution. We formerly require your prompt attention and follow through on the letter to U.S Governors dated April 27, 2020 titled "Balancing public safety with the preservation of civil rights", in the matter of U.S Governors who have violated the U.S Constitution, or have signed bills violating provisions of the U.S Constitution under the auspices of Covid-19 protection. The following states of the common wealth include, but are not limited to: Oregon, Washington, California, Colorado, West Virginia, Michigan, New Jersey, Arizona, New York, and Minnesota. We The People have affixed our signature to the petition here-in as a good faith quorum, of the governed body, and the employers of each respective Governor. We have tried without success to exhaust jurisprudence within our State judiciaries, and are now hereby compelling action by our Attorney General to take any and all legal action available in order to restore our States to the Constitutional limitations set forth by our founding fathers.

Resolution;
Whereas in the above mentioned states, governors (here forth addressed as "Governors") have violated Due Process, and
Whereas Governors have violated the 1rst,2nd 4th, and 14th amendments of the Constitution by closing churches, impeding the right to lawful assembly, right to keep and bear arms and search and seizure limitations, and
Whereas Governors have violated 18 USC 241-242 deprivation of rights under color of law

We hereby resolve that a lawsuit be brought forth in Federal court against Governors, and the signatures contained here-in shall constitute the will of the people.
