Kaya Bell started this petition to Attorney General of Australia and

My name is Kaya Bell Mother Of Kyahrie Bell-Quinlan and suffers autism severaly she can barley speak but uses sign language and body language to communicate. March 2019 I was suffering post natal depression and needed extra support from my mother and siblings throughout kyahries first 18months of her life. Due to an incident between myself and mother my daughter was placed in the care of my grandmother Rhonda's care until I was deemed mentally fit again to resume care "a stat Dec has been signed with docs Qld" Rhonda than took my child "having not knowing my child at all or even tried to get to know her before 2019 she's born 2017 took her to far south coast of NSW, I had no opportunity to have a say into initial care arrangements docs forced me to hand my child over "on the grounds of the stat Dec mentioned earlier" I have since then little phone calls with her information regarding her health well-being, social development, 3 visits in 2 years due to Rhonda not allowing contact while I was seeking medical attention for my mental health she stopped all contact which made my health worser, all's while taking me and her father to federal court for custody when she was only given kinship agreement at the beginning of this motion and I had no knowledge of it at the time the judge granted custody on undefended basis because I was sick (or I was taken to court illegally with intention and motive to keep my child on Rhonda's behalf) so the courts and docs placed my child at risk to domestic violence drug abuse and neglect physical and mentally I have only just been informed she OVER DOSED ON TABLETS BEING LEFT IN THE CARE OF DRUG ADDICTS AND WENT TO HOSPITAL I was never informed that I could have just lost my child since then there have been long history neglect to the kids that have been in Rhonda's care I am actually one of them. I have since applied for legal aid which will take 6weeks before I even see a lawyer since I'm mentally well to have her back, she misses me immensely she hasn't forgotten who I am so that's why I'm fighting. And I don't know how long before I can get my case seen again urgently as I'm asking she be given temporary care to myself or mother until the new hearing starts because no parent should ever be denied the right to a reunification process in this kinship agreement that is Aboriginals go through . I believe the courts failed to place kyahrie with appropriate carer the independent lawyer who didn't even come ask me what I wanted or recommends, as a result she is suffering I am suffering my family is suffering
