We recently discovered a lawsuit against Vantage made by an ex-contract employee hired to measure EtO emissions. The lawsuit was filed in Cook County on 11/1/2018. 

According to the lawsuit, the Plaintiff was exposed to alarming EtO levels, as high as 30,000 ppm, during a short period of time in November 2016. The lawsuit alleges emissions continued for a span of several days.

We were devastated by what we learned and the implications it means for our community. We never thought emissions of this magnitude were possible!

We request Illinois General Attorney Kwame Raoul and Lake County State Attorney Eric Rinehart to investigate.
