This man was honest about his identity, he never tried to conceal himself or hide from the authorities. I believe that because he had no other convictions or other outstanding warrants that he should be released from prison. Imprisonment has no purpose as he is a law-abiding citizen.

Everybody does stupid things in their lives. Let him carry on with his in peace.

Because Mr. Anderson has shown he is not rehabilitated, and to pursue incarceration now would be unjust. Especially being that the city is at fault for the initial oversight.

Jailing this man at this point does nothing. He has already reformed himself.

Each case is about the individual. I see a rehabilitated man making right in the world being punished for an unorganized and already overloaded justice system. There is no justice is locking up a good human (and spending god knows how much money doing so) who has been contributing positively to society for a decade and a half.

Going to prison will do this man or his family any good. He has abviously rehabilitated himself to a law biding citizen why take that away from him

It seems that this man has done what jail could never do for him. Sending him away now is the actual crime and a mistake the State of Missouri needs to eat on their own time.
