Owner of F45 Training Foxborough - we are a small appointment-only boutique fitness studio. There is plenty of room for social distancing and we can limit the number of people who book in to any small number. This is the safest way to exercise right now and exercise is proven to improve immunity and mental health, something people need desperately. This is essential for the community and can VERY safely be open.

Fitness facilities should be deemed an essential business. There should be no question. In a state like Massachusetts, where everybody is all about “green energy and clean eating,” I can’t believe that they would not find a way to advocate for fitness facilities to open so that people can maintain their physical health. I personally have a heart condition and need to stay physically active, per Dr.‘s orders. It is very difficult to maintain a sophisticated level of fitness at home and going for walks. This needs to be addressed immediately.
