Opioids are not a new problem. They are an increasingly devastating problem. More people died last year from fentanyl overdose than anything else combined. 
Politicians want war on races, war on boarders, war on the countries that produce to ship, etc, etc. Politics aside, we have all suffered the immeasurable cost of fentanyl in itself, cut elsewhere. 
This petition is to get our “leaders” to acknowledge the rapid amount of pain & loss. A trafficking charge gets less than rape, sometimes murder. Trafficking Fentanyl or selling fentanyl should be AN ATTEMPTED MURDER CHARGE PER PILL/DOSE in a trafficking case. 
Let’s call it as we see it, mentally ill and substance addicted, worthy individuals being MURDERED. Attempted manslaughter for the make and distribution of fentanyl and damn near free mental health care for our communities.
