Longer prison sentences

Judges must give longer sentences to Asian Muslim grooming gangs who abuse white teenage girls when there is evidence of racism, the Government's senior legal advisor has said.
Robert Buckland, the Solicitor General, told The Telegraph that racism "cuts all ways" and should be "front and centre" when it is part of sexual abuse cases.
He said that "the law does not discriminate" between different forms of racism and that the courts should apply a "sentencing uplift" where there is evidence of "racial hostility of motivation".
Tory MPs are calling on the Attorney General and Mr Buckland to review the sentences of an 18-strong gang in Newcastle convicted of grooming and raping hundreds of underage white girls.

During one of the trials the jury heard how a gang member referred to women as "white trash" who were "only good for one thing".

I Mo Fyaz and all those signing this petition believe Prison sentences MUST reflect the severity of the torture and rape of white girls by men from the Pakistani community and others who were all Muslims and include racism as one of the factors when sentencing. This was a vile crime against children and the courts must impose long jail terms without parole or early release for good behaviour.

Why is this important?

The undeniable fact when it comes to these specific and unique grooming gang cases is that convicted rapists have been MUSLIM men of various ethnic backgrounds in particular men from the Pakistani community.

This is a MASSIVE OVER-representation in offenders coming from a small 5% minority of the population, and is distinctly a huge problem attributed to the Muslim community!!!
This is the undeniable truth that most Muslims seem to wilfully avoid or deflect from ..while trying to pull in the totally irrelevant overall UK rape figures..

The Pakistani community needs to be open and honest on how men and women in our community view and describe white women and the white community as a whole if we are even to get near to addressing the racist attitudes that exist in my Pakistani communities.
