That would drastically change the climate of Reynoldstown and please respect the voting of surrounding community and NPU.

This buildings does not fit within the quant cottage style and shotgun style homes that are historic to this neighborhood. We must preserve the architectural/historical integrity of this Atlanta neighborhood.

I support the NPU and neighborhood;we who live here should have a voice in what we will live next to and in the shadow of.

Atlanta needs to respect historic neighborhoods and not bulldoze all of them. Don't push these residents out!

I'm signing because with every development that goes against the original beltline vision, the whole project turns into a money and land grab for nothing but profit, with no consideration of the neighborhoods, residents or future.

I'm signing because I concur with the majority (over 675+ nay vs. 2 yea) Reynoldstown residents and propery owners regarding the increased height density of this proposed development. I currently reside in Hawaii but own a single-family home (rented) in the neighborhood. I intend to likely return to my home in this great urban neighborhood & live here in retirement so long as overdevelopment like this proposed at this increased height and density doesn't make it prohibitive to do so. The majority of interior Reynoldstown streets are extremely narrow "give-way" streets and even the earlier height of this proposed development in the interior of the neighborhood is too tall and dense in my opinion. I am FOR smart growth but am opposed to the increased height and density here.

This development does not belong here. It would be okay to surround R-Town with such developments but not to create a barrier between the neighborhood and the beltline. I use the beltline frequently and have many friends that live in R-Town.

Development is only good when it benefits more than it harms. The proposed changes to the approved zoning do nothing to help the existing neighborhood thrive.

I value my neighbors who have invested their time and resources to make this a neighborhood - not some carpet bagging developers who will impose the manifestation of their greed on us without recourse.
