The Atascadero Printery Building was a vital resource in the first years of the fledgling City.  Upon Restoration, it will once again serve the entire community in many vital areas.  Restoring the Historic Printery is extremely possible.  Two million dollars will allow the doors to be completely open for a large variety of community events, classes and activities in the Arts and STEM, fundraisers and other uses by non profit organizations  and so much more.   Creating a site for the Arts and positive events from  the  blighted building which stands at the edge of the downtown, adjacent to two  schools will greatly improve the entire area and add much to the economic vitality of the community.   

The Atascadero Printery Foundation is a group of citizens who have been diligently working to save the historic site and raise  funds to complete the restoration.  Significant progress has been made.  Government entities have the resources to provide funds to complete the project.  The plans are complete, it is time for our representatives to make saving this facility for community use a priority. 

As a concerned member of the community,  the undersigned implore our elected representatives to seek and deliver funding to the Atascadero Printery Foundation, for the completion of the restoration of this very important Historic Site which is dedicated to use by the entire community.
