High speed Internet needed in rural areas! Need supporters to get service In dead zones!

It is now 2017, and in most homes broadband internet has improved people's lives, and made simple everyday tasks more convenient than ever. Nowadays, It not fair for those who can afford to pay for service to be told they cannot get high speed Internet in their area because they are out of city limits. New lines need to be made in rural areas. Satellite and dial up connections just simply aren't fast enough anymore.
In my particular situation, I bought a house and was told internet was available at my address, however getting service has been unavailable because I am 3 miles (maybe less) out of the town of Forest City North Carolina. I'm within 8 miles of at least 2 high speed providers and neither service my home. I have many neighbors who feel the same and believe starting service in this neighborhood would profit any of the providers capable of helping. I've called multiple providers several times only to be shot down. I care because having high speed interenet would allow not only me, but this community to:
- pay bills online again,
- attend online classes,
- stream movies and shows without paying outrageous prices for cable,
- and to game and connect with friends and family on different social media and other networks.
Thanks for taking the time to read this and if you do. Thanks for the support.
