Utah Valley University has pushed through a mandate set for the Spring 2022 semester to coerce students into taking a Covid-19 vaccine.

Notwithstanding the alleged effectiveness of available Covid-19 vaccines, FDA approved or otherwise, we believe that the private individual is the sole decision-maker when it comes to what goes into his or her body.

Manufacturers, the government, or UVU are not liable for any damages that might result from taking a mandated Covid-19 vaccine.

Moreover, we reject the notion that vaccinated students must provide proof of vaccination, unless they want to. We believe that doing so should be voluntary.

Lastly, we also believe that this mandate may pave the way for additional future requirements, as can be seen in nations such as Australia, New Zealand, and France.
