There are too many accidents occurring on Pleasant Hill Rd, also known as Cypress Parkway.  Too many deaths.  The Association is allowing builders like Taylor Morrison to destroy a community by building hundreds of homes on land with limited access to roads.  Poinciana Association needs to create roads, not Highways.  It is ridiculous, accidents everyday.  People are trying to get to work, driving erratically because traffic is always backed up.  It is unsafe for drivers.  There are no dividers, deadly turn in lanes into highways on the roads, few traffic lights. Horrible lighting on major highways, to name a few.  The list goes on!

There’s a complete disregard for Homeowners, and safety!  Residents need to come together and stand up.  This is happening all over Florida with HOAs.

Two seventeen year old children lost their lives on November 3, 2021, crossing into the opposite lane. The innocent victim, driving the right way was badly injured.  I can’t tell you how many other innocent victims!  When is this going to stop!  I have a 20 year old, who’s afraid to drive with the numerous accidents being seen.? I don’t blame him.
