For almost a year now, the 2nd-floor deck at Penn Tower has been closed to all residents. It should be understood that this deck is a vital reason that we pay full price for rent. Penn State once again feels normal, and the deck creates a community that is unparalleled to any other place here. To bring back the energy, charm, and sense of community in this building would be, for lack of a better word, awesome. We are being deprived of a full experience here, and we hope that you can understand and acknowledge our concerns.
