I Ask all to support Darien by signing this petition to free him. OnJune 9th 2012 Darien was arrested in Ohio while returning from delivering his truck loads and coming from visiting family members in Detroit while in the presence of two young ladies. These females lied about their age and asked could they ride w him to deliver his loads starting on June 7th and traveled with him through Kentucky, Ohio, and Michigan. On their way back to Kentucky on of the females said she had family coming to get her and could she be let out in Ohio and Darien did what she asked. This female went in the truck stop and cried kidnapped. The other female in the truck with Darien when he was pulled over in Ohio clearly stated to authority that no one was kidnapped and that girl is her friend and that she was lying!!! This girl came in contact w four different Detroit officers the day she cried kidnapping whom all said they would appear at court to testify for Darien and they have already provided their statements to the lawyer we paid. This lawyer is holding evidence and has not presented anything to the judge on this case. He has her phone records showing how she called Darien several times over this three day time they were with him. While in Detroit on the day he was ready to leave they had left on their own and told Darien that they had a ride back and that he could leave without him only to call back 30 minutes later and say can we still ride w you cause the other ride was not leaving until days later. Darien has been sitting in jail since then in Bowling Green Ohio on a 100,000 bond that they won't reduce knowing that all thus evidence is present. He is unlawfully being held against his will. I ask that you please sign this petition while we are in the process of obtaining a new attorney so he can get back with his family who is completely devastated by this outcome. Please help Darien with your signature thank you and God bless. Sincerely Shalonda Cox.
