Injustice to vendors at the Trade Point Market Night Festival
This petition is set up for Aspire Promotions to refund the vendors 50% of the stall amount at the Trade Point Market Night Festival which was held at the Habibia grounds on 3,4 and 5 December 2021, for the following: Set up of event was late by 2 hours and stalls were not set up yet which made vendors start late with their sales. No electricity supply on Friday evening and partially on Saturday. Even though the vendors were charged R200 extra per day for electricity supply. Food vendors as well as stalls which needed electricity to display their goods ran big losses. No roofing structure on stalls on Friday. When setup of roofing structure finally happened it was very poorly executed, when it was raining it leaked and equipment got wet. Even though we were charged R300 extra for stall structure. Aspire Promotions over promised and under delivered wrt entertainment, and service delivery. The entertainment ie meet and greet influencers did not take place as promised. There was also no free health screening as promised. Aspire Promotions refuse to take responsibility for their poor organizational management and there was no personal touch, they did not reply to any of the vendors re their concerns on Friday evening. Please sign this petition so that the vendors can get their refunds for losses incurred. Your support is greatly appreciated.
