Bill A4407 would ban the manufacture, sale, offer for sale, possession, importation, or transportation of a trap that uses a jaw, arm, bar, cable, or wire. The bill would also prohibit a person from trapping or attempting to trap an animal using such a trap.

This bill would eliminate any way for us to protect our farms and livestock from predators and protect our children from rabies and other diseases carried by these predators. In today's economy it is hard enough to keep the farms operational, this bill would likely put a end to farming. Tell the Assembly of Environment and Solid Waste  to oppose Bill A4407.
