Identify viable alternative to Lazar Middle school current location, away from Power Lines

There are high-voltage power lines in the backyard of Lazar Middle School in Montville, NJ.
While the Montville Board of Education has deemed the power lines as "cause of no concern", the fields behind the school have remained closed. And, the children are not allowed to use the school's backyard during recess.
As parents we remain concerned about the issue, however, the Board of Education, has not put forward any alternatives to the school's current location. No one can definitely say that our children won't be harmed, yet we have become complacent in accepting that our precious children should spend around 7 hours every school day exposed to the dangerous power lines.
Let us as residents and parents, determine the health risks we want to have our children exposed to.
