Please explain what you mean by radical transparency if you don't share information about your workers?

I was dismayed to find out a company that holds itself out as radically ethical and transparent would resort to typical business tactics

I'd actually really like to shop here, and have been looking for an ethical source of new clothes for work. It would be great if they could just tell us what's really going on and we can judge.

Everlane must be held accountable and change worker conditions immediately.. or feel it in their profits (or lack thereof).

Everlane cannot union busting and needs to ethically work with their employees, sourcing, and the environment. If the employees of Everlane want to unionize they should not be retaliated against or prevented in doing so. The employees’ rights to healthcare, benefits, pay, scheduling, etc should be of utmost value and respected. Everlane you have an opportunity to turn things around and actually operate in ways that reflect your “values”.

I believe that people have the right to unionize and that I have a right to buy based on a company's ethics.
