Við undirrituð, förum þess á leit við umboðsmann Alþingis og forseta ASÍ að kannað verði, og úrskurðað um hið fyrsta, hvort "hefjum störf", samningur standist kjarasamninga og/eða vinnuréttarlög með skilmálum sínum þar sem launþegum á svonefndum samningi var tilkynnt að þeir ynnu sér ekki inn atv.bótarétt á tímabilinu.  Þá mismunun gagnvart hluta launþega í landinu teljum við vart löglega og viljum fá úr því skorið hið fyrsta.  

We undersigned ask umboðsmaður Alþingis and the president of ASÍ to examine, and rule on whether "hefjum störf" contract complies with wage agreements and/or labor law with it's terms where the employees of so-called contract were informed that while working under the contract, did not earn the right to  un-employment compensations.  We hardly consider this discrimination to be legal and would like authorities to make this right.
