My Nephew Michael "Brett Ballard" was killed by a drunk driver. Our Judicial System has failed him along with his parents, family and friends. Please look at the appeal that we are told is somewhere in your hands now. Our Brett leaves behind a daughter Sophia and son Julian, parents Mike and Tina Ballard, his twin sisters Kirsten and Kaylee along with 2 nephews Noah and Roman and Niece Ava, along with more family and friends imaginable. His contagious laugh and big smile will never be heard or seen again. We have been waiting for six years for justice, to be told that case was dismissed after two appeals. This can't be the end of it. Please help us get the closure we all deserve.
