Parking facilities for Hyde Festival Theatre users

The Festival Theatre in Hyde is home to many theatrical performances throughout the year. From pantomime, to plays from dance school shows to professional ballet companies. It provides Hyde with local performances that are affordable and to a very high standard. Users of the theatre mainly local performers including young children.
Recently, parking changes to the asda parking have meant there's limited parking to the theatre for it's volunteers performers and audience. It's changes are that the car park is now watched 24/7. Users only permitted 3hrs before a fine being issued.
This puts the theatre at risk, scaring away audience members and cast who have received fines. Many performances will take over 3 hours once you consider arriving interval and departing times.
Many performers arrive at least an hour before each performance, often carrying many bags a luggage.
Performers often include young children who need somewhere safe and close by so that their grown ups can drop them off with ease.
I'm sure this has affected other local groups such as POP and the town hall too.
We are asking for the car park to be free between the hours of 7pm and 7am. This is not peak time for Asda and shouldn't damage sales. In fact we feel it will increase business as theatre users will be more inclined to go in prior to rehearsals and shows as well as building good community relations.
