OPEN OUR INDOOR LEARN TO SWIM POOLS ON 26 OCTOBER!

The Learn to Swim Industry will be one of the last allowed to open on 23 November. Even then the restrictions on numbers will make opening a non-viable option.

WE CALL ON PREMIER ANDREWS TO CONSULT DIRECTLY WITH THE LEARN TO SWIM INDUSTRY PEAK BODIES, ASCTA and ASSA

The Learn to Swim Industry has been ignored and lumped in with community sport and public pools. There are NINE TIMES more small family owned indoor pools in Victoria than large public pools!

Current Scientific Research clearly demonstrates that pools are a barrier to Covid-19. Our small, controlled environment enables our industry to maintain highly effective Infection Control Procedures.

By November kids will have not had swim lessons for 10 months which could lead to disastrous drowning statistics.

Teachers want to teach, kids want to swim, schools want their swim programs to resume and small family businesses need to be open to survive.
