K9 Trainer animal lover and Conservation nonprofit organizer Richard Steib was falsely accused of animal cruelty immediately after hurricane Ida disaster . Dogs where said to be abandoned and in muddy conditions . The dogs were not abandoned or treated cruel. Three of Richard Dogs where cut out of there enclosure while Richard was at work by Ascension Parish Police and Ascension Parish Animal Control without his knowledge.. Dogs had food water and shelter . During the time of this disaster.
