“House Bill 1566” is a law in Arkansas that says that women must get approval from their RAPISTS in order to have an abortion. This law is one in 4 laws against abortion in Arkansas. The ACLU has taken action, and so will I. I want to get this law taken away as fast as possible. The rapist didn’t ask consent to have sexual intercourse with the victim, so the victim shouldn’t have to ask the rapist consent in order to have an abortion. This disgusts me and it needs to stop.
