In my opinion this development will be detrimental to the community of Carmyle. Little public consultation has taken place and Covid restrictions have allowed this to go through unopposed with proper scrutiny.

I personally feel the loss of our largest park and green space that surrounds it is such a shame in this time of climate crisis. Flood plain and bio diversity are being taken away regardless what is promised to mitigate the impact on the wildlife.

The improvements in infrastructure would be badly needed. As traffic management in the village is awful at best all ready and additional school provision though needed will only add to traffic issues.
