Hi All

There is a BIG problem in Delhi of POSTERS everywhere...on walls, Metro Pillars, Bridges, Poles and any space anyone finds anywhere on Roads... 

Mostly these are Political Parties posters or MLA's or individuals campaigning in Elections.

These have made Delhi so DIRTY n FILTHY..... Before Swacch Bharat we need a Swacch Delhi !!

There is no LAW for this and no defined space for Political Advertising and no penalty either !!
