MPs or MLAs should take responsibility of child beggars in their area

We see children begging on the streets and selling things are traffic lights. This needs to stop. Our law-makers made it illegal for children to work below a certain age. But nothing else has been done to break this vicious circle of poverty for what is the next generation.

I propose Members of Parliament (MPs) or Members of Legislative Assembly (MLAs) should be responsible for taking care of these issues in their area. By default the central government should become the 'guardian' of this next generation so that they do not continue to be the 'forgotten' generation.
