If the government can put heavy penalties on traffic violations then why not for poisoning the air. We need it clean for a healthy survival especially in Delhi. The return of lord Ram was never celebrated by bursting firecrackers.

Firecrackers are harmful in every way for all humans. Let's ban them completely and place a fine of atleast Rs10,000 on anyone who doesn't follow. I am sure we can find other ways of celebrating Dussehra too. Ignoring this will be ignoring our and our children's survival.
