With over 20,000 COVID-19 cases reported in Delhi, Delhi has acquired third position in maximum number of cases in the state wise record despite of small land area unlike Maharashtra and Gujarat. Each day has its own record of 800-1000 cases.

1. Considering the alarming situation, it is not feasible for students to travel from their home towns (outstation students) to Delhi for giving exams.

2. Our infrastructure is not ready for online examination nor any proper guidelines within the stipulated time frame is given by our esteemed Universities.

3. Final year students need time to prepare for placement and preparation for other entrance exams.

4. Delay in decision making is leading to more panick among students and parents. Students who might have failed in intermediate semester exams are directly being given a passing result whereas for final year students for whom the career is of more importance are forced to appear for exams despite of ongoing tension.

5. Students may be made to give exams with appropriate social distancing but there will be a rush before and after the exams. Travelling from containment and non containment zones and using public transport is yet not a healthy decision. Not everyone has the option of using private vehicles

6. Final students have already worked hard for 3 semesters, 5 semesters or 7 semesters depending upon the course. There were efforts made by students to reach to the final semester.

Please help us in the ongoing pandemic.
