This petition is designed to bring awareness and exposure of this one individual, Darryl Barnard White. He has committed acts of sexual assaults and fondling of minor children from the span of 2009-2020. Reports have been filed via the Sex Crimes Hotline, however this offender has not been required to register as a sex offender, which leaves both current and further victims at risk. We are calling on local and state officials to reopen both  cases and officially charge him with sexual assault. He should be required to register as a sex offender and arrested for failure to register as such including maltreatment of children. 

Darryl has been classified as a Narcissistic Sociopath and should be considered dangerous to women, children and the community. We encourage you who have been violated by this man in any manner to please report it to the legal authorities immediately. Every signature collected here will help us protect all victims involved in this matter and prevent any further harm to others.
