As of 05/01/2021, Lieutenant General ShotgunPhysics, the DCG of SPACECOM, implemented a new system, specifically targeting officers where if an officer chooses to resign or discharge, the officer will immediately be decommissioned to an E5 with no passing period for them to find a new job as an O1 temporarily. Clearly, this isn't fair after working so hard in ranking up and passing OCS. On top of that, he has decided to conduct an officer purge on jobless officers who haven't even been notified of this change and given enough time to get a job. How ridiculous is that??!! Upon asking him who gave him permission to make these changes, he replied: "people above you". Well, that explains a lot, doesn't it?

Secondly, Lieutenant General ShotgunPhysics has decided to create Warrant Officer ranks and pilots will apparently be demoted to Warrant Officer ranks, which doesn't make sense as pilots in real life are officers. AND in addition, he doesn't understand the fact that pilots can be Brigade Staff and Brigade Staff can be pilots at the same time (ex. Pilot in Charge). 

Furthermore, ShotgunPhysics has been extremely rude and condescending in replying to questions and comments which fellow officers have asked. As a result, signing this petition signifies that you want him FIRED.
