This is an extremely dangerous intersection for both pedestrians and vehicles. Unfortunately, it is a primary path for those who live east of Glebe to travel to the four schools west of Glebe as well as to go to the closest shopping area on Harrison Street. I understand concerns about keeping traffic flowing but I am not concerned about providing a FAST route through Arlington to neighboring counties. PLEASE do not wait until there is a tragic and/or deadly accident at the intersection to make the decision to provide a safer crossing. (Thinking of Lee Highway/Harrison Street. )
As a driver/walker who has needed to go through this intersection for the last 17 years, I am happy to work with traffic planners on a resolution.

It is very difficult to get through this intersection via car or foot. I live about a block away and cross this intersection often. A light may also help to slow the speed of some drivers.

This intersection is very dangerous. I have two teens learning to drive and we avoid it, even though it is two blocks from my house. Something needs to be done as soon as possible.

We need more safety on the roads because of the increasingly bad traffic surrounding us.

I'm signing this because my daughter was driving on Old Dominion and a car ran the stop sign at Little Falls. They nearly hit her. She was distraught by the near-accident but was equally distraught by almost smashing into the passenger -- who she thought was the younger brother of the driver. She avoids driving on Old Dominion because of this. We need a traffic light.

I live one block from this intersection and crossing Old Dominion during certain times of the day can be challenging and dangerous for everyone, drivers, pedestrians, and bikers.
