As Arizona constituents, our voting rights are under attack.

HCR 2046, would require EVERY single ballot initiative passed since 1994 to be reauthorized, forcing new votes on issues that Arizona voters have already decided.

HCR 2039, requires 30 Arizona legislative to get an initiative on the while existing laws do not have a geographic requirement. This gives ABSOLUTE AND TOTAL CONTROL TO LOBBIESTS whom have the resources to counter any public action. This places every Arizona district and their measures might never get before voters at risk.

HCR 2032 restricts ballot initiatives to one topic.
