Arrest the Maricopa Board of Supervisors for Failure to Comply With Subpoenas

The People of Arizona demand a forensic audit of the voting machines, specifically used in Maricopa County, AZ for the 2020 Presidential Election be conducted. After significant proof of irregularities and evidence alleging fraud, corruption, and mishandling, the people do not have confidence in the election results.

We further demand action be taken by the Arizona Legislature members or body to force the Maricopa Board of Supervisors and the Maricopa County Election Department to comply with the Subpoenas issued for access and seizure of the machines for a forensic audit. We entirely support the arrest of any and all Maricopa Board of Supervisor members who do not comply, as this is seen to be an effort to further destroy the confidence in our sacred elections and impede the pursuit of truth. 

According to ARS 41-1153. Disobedience of Subpoena as Legislative Contempt: 

A. If a witness neglects or refuses to obey a legislative subpoena, or, appearing, neglects or refuses to testify, the senate or the house may, by resolution entered in the journal, commit him for contempt. 

B. A witness neglecting or refusing to attend in obedience to a subpoena may be arrested by the sergeant-at-arms and brought before the senate or house upon authority of a copy of the resolution signed by the president or speaker, and countersigned by the secretary or chief clerk.
