Anant Kumar Tripati is one of many individuals displaced within our US criminal justice system and left without relief in his quest for truth and justice. He was arrested in 1992 in Beverly Hills, California by Arizona Police, transported to Arizona, tried and convicted for an alleged 'white collar scheme' of insurance fraud and convicted by a jury and sentenced to 52.5 years with NO possibility of parole.

Although numerous witnesses have stepped forward over the years and have signed affidavits documenting that they were pressured by the District Attorney to testify against Mr. Tripati, his evidence has fallen on deaf ears within the judicial system of Arizona. For many years he has diligently applied pressure on the legal system only to be 'shut out' of the courts. Hence, at the present time, with all of the evidence in his favour, the Governor of Arizona simply needs to provide Anant Kumar Tripati clemency, once and for all!

Mr. Tripati, born in 1954, will be 90 years old in 2044, should he be released after serving his entire 52.5 year sentence. He has been treated worse than a murderer and the question remains as to why such malfeasance was allowed to take place and impact any individual within the United States of America.

Mr. Tripati desperately needs relief. His health is in a delicate state, he has been receiving substandard medical treatment within the Arizona Department of Corrections for many years and he needs to be returned to the care and attention of his family.

It is time that we unite to free Mr. Anant Kumar Tripati so that he can have the opportunity to engage his wife and two adult daughters who were abandoned as adolescents when he was falsely charged and convicted in 1992.
