Abolish the 25 mile rule provision of prop 203 the Arizona medical marijuana law.

The state of Arizona has just over 90,000 card holding medical marijuana patients and a even greater number of potential patients who are being deprived access to the medical marijuana program because they're in a low or no income situation and can't afford the high prices the dispensary owners are charging.By abolishing the 25 mile rule patients will be able to grow a sustainable source of medicine with the 12 plant count they had prior to the opening of the dispensaries in 2013.

I ask you who and what is the Arizona Medical Marijuana program for?, the compassionate care of patients? or for the dispensary owners who's only motive is profiting off of sick and seriously ill patients?

When Marijuana legalization happens in Arizona most dispensary owners will turn their backs on the patients to become retail pot shop owners. Not all patients are well enough to grow but those who are deserve a fighting chance against they're illnesses.I started this petition because I want to see that patients rights are preserved so the program can be expanded on because every person is a potential patient. There is no such thing as a recreational marijuana user only card holding patients and potential card holding patients because we all have a endocannabinoid system which means everyone is medicating with it no matter how they choose to consume it. My only motive for writing this petition is the welfare of my fellow Arizonians not for profit.

This petition is open to everyone so let your voice be heard in support of Arizona's Medical Marijuana Patients.
