Having to supply an LSU multiple times on a transaction forces lenders to get additional resources. A simple e-mail to all parties should suffice. Getting rid of the LSU will allow lenders to offer better terms to borrowers because of less overhead required to produce these weekly. They're very time-consuming as well. Please no more LSU's from lenders in Arizona!!
