This petition has been raised to demonstrate the substantial dissatisfaction that Archers Field Residents have with the levels of service provided by Mainstay Residential Limited.

The purpose of this petition is to collectively demonstrate such dissatisfaction whilst residents are unreasonably threatened with legal action for non-payment of works which are wholly in dispute.

There is no evidence of works, no visibility of management company personnel, poor communication in response to issues raised verbally, electronically and in writing and threatened legal action for non-payment of services which are wholly in dispute has caused individuals substantial stress and anxiety to such an extend Mainstay Residential Limited act in a manner which unreasonable, oppressive and without supporting evidence.
