Owners and tenants of Parkwood Villa's have endured a tirade of abuse from Frank Griesau as or Body Corporate Manager.  Frank doesn't assist us in anyway if you have an issue and you contact Frank he is rude or abuses you.  People have tried repeatedly over the years to get assistance from Frank and he doesn't do anything to assist us.  Our complex currently has flood damaged units from 2019, our independent report has still not been done.  Frank gives no assistance when need for anything up and including damaged to your property that needs insurance coverage.  Owners are paying next to $2000 a quarter for the Body Corporate Fee's where the only benefit is we get our lawn mowed once a fortnight.  Frank has abused and sent legal letters to people with 2019 remaining flood damage that can't lease out their unit. People are filing for bankruptcy, people are suffering severe depression due to the damage still to their units.  I see absolutely no benefit whatsoever in have Frank as our BC Contact. I petition we remove Frank as our contact with Archers Body Corporate.
