WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, HEREBY PETITION the Cary Town Council to approve Rezoning Case 21-REZ-08 - The Terraces at West Cary. 

WE STATE OR BELIEVE:

1. The petitioners are Blakely Subdivision and Sedgefield Subdivision residents.
   
   
2. The petitioners agree that the number of townhome units will be no more than 55.
   
   
3. The petitioners agree that rooftop terraces will be allowed on each townhome.
   
   
4. The Terraces at West Cary Subdivision will have access to both hwy. 55 and Morrisville Parkway so residents of Blakeley and Sedgefield subdivision will have multiple exit points.
   
   
5. All townhouse units shall be wired to 60 amps in the garages for the use of electrical vehicle charging.
   
   
6. No townhouses shall be built north of the northern property line of the parcel with PIN 0735723234 as shown in Exhibit 1.
   
   
7. The buffer along the western and northern property line between Blakeley and Terraces at West Cary Subdivisions shall be a 20-foot-wide Type A buffer as shown on Exhibit 1. 

The boundaries of the land described above are shown on an attached sketch (plat) known as Exhibit 1, indicating the approximate area and boundaries of the proposed subdivision as part of this petition.
