Appointed a CJI before 1 month., but judges were not appointed even vacant after years

 

Justice Means Equality, But there is Inequality in Filling of Judge Vacancies., According to CJI (Chief Justice of India) Post, The Post Filled before 1 Month of Current CJI Retirement., But Other Judges Vacancy not Filled like that even not filled year and years.,

 

According to India

 

1. There is 1 lawyer for every 1800 people.

 

2. There is 151 Polices for 1 Lakh People in India.

 

3. There is 1 Doctor for 854 People In India.

 

According to Indian Act “RIGHT TO EQUALITY” in India Constitution,

 

The courts are there to uphold the Constitution

 

But in that courts there is no equality

 

So, The Government of India, The President and the Prime Minister, The Ministry of Law, rectify this problem and gives equality in Justice, to Fill all Judges Posts Before Retirement of Current Judges like CJI (Chief Justice of India)
