Vladimir Putin and his military commanders are murdering innocent civilians in the Ukraine. They consider that declaring this a war means it is not a crime. 

We need humanity to declare that the initiators of any war are mass murderers and should be universally recognised as such.  They should  - if found in any country that is a signatory to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights - be arrested, charged and brought to trial for the crime of mass murder. 

We petition all members of the UN General assembly to adopt the principle of universal jurisdiction with respect to the crime of mass murder committed by Vladimir Putin (As Commander in Chief) and his military commanders namely:

Sergei Shoigu          - Minister of Defence

Nikolai Petrushev    - Secretary of the Security Council

Valery Gerasimov    - Chief of General Staff of Russian Armed Forces

Lieutenant General Sergey Dronov - Commander in Chief of Russian Air Force

Oleg Salyukov        -  Commander in Chief Russian Ground Forces
