Barry Clark was suppose to serve 8-9 months in rstat.  Floyd County Jail had kept him for 33 months before sending him to rstat.  He is now at rstat.  He has health problems and doesn't need to exposed to covid-19.  

While at Floyd County Jail he passed out and injured his head.  He did not receive treatment for a little while.  He had to have surgery on his head to stop internal bleeding.  His mother or family were not allowed to know about the surgery or to be there to support him.  He has to have certain food to keep from passing out.  He was told that there will probable be more surgeries.  Again without his family.  He may have to have his throat operated on.  He has problems with his thyroids and take medicine for it.  He has been diagnose with borderline personality dlsorder and panic attacks.  He needs the love and support of his family.  I think he would do much better at home with his mother and family

His mother has been severely depress since he is being held longer than was suppose to.  She is 78 years old and has a lot of health problems.  She has a leakage in her heart.  She has severe pain in her back and knees making it hard for her.  She uses a walker or wheel chair.  She is in stage 3 kidney failure.  She needs her son home.
