My daughter Miss Sangya Uberoi (34 Years of age )is unmarried and totally dependent on me. I wish her name to be added to my PPO which requires a No Income certificate. Sangya is looking after us ( old citizens) and is completely domesticated and has NO earnings whatsoever. The request is for issuance of a No Income Certificate please.
