Memojis are being forced on us by Apple. They show up in “frequently used” area on the Apple iOS emoji keyboard. There is no way to disable or remove them, and they’re super ugly. 

Please give us, your faithful and loyal customers, the option to permanently disable them. They are an eyesore and an inconvenience.
