This is the second business that i’ve owned and experienced identical harassment from Yelp as outlined in the documentary Billion Dollar Bully. After finally telling them that we would absolutely not advertise with them the have removed all but 1 of our reviews. As many other small business owners can attest to, their business practices although not yet deemed illegal are surely unethical and not something I would expect Apple & Samsung to be associated with. As a long time customer I would be highly disappointed if you continue to support a company that chooses to operate on the borderline of legality.
