Most social media sites such as Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp and Twitter give you the option to delete or unsend a direct message or comment before the recipient views it, this prevents people from recieving messages not intended for them, ones that you regret sending or problems that have been resolved , unnecessary annoyances to others, etc. However, most of the world communicates through iMessage or other text messaging services so why has this useful feature not been implemented? By signing this petition you can help get the word out to Apple that we don’t just want but we NEED this option in our day to day texting and it could solve numerous problems when socializing with others, with your help we can be heard and make a better social community for everyone!
