Apple Music is pausing its provision of services today in solidarity with Black communities everywhere. It would be great if Apple devoted to appropriate charitable causes (eg the Obama Foundation) the many millions of pounds which it is receiving today by way of subscription for the services which it is not supplying to its customers. That way, an expression of solidarity could be transformed into a significant measure of practical support.
